Dr. Morgan Strub-kim

Dr. Morgan Strub-Kim grew up in Wisconsin, and graduated from University Wisconsin, LaCrosse, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She obtained her Doctorate in Therapeutic Optometry in 2014 from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Florida. Dr. Morgan had the honor and life changing experience of doing mission work to manage the underserved population in Peru with her skills and training. Dr. Morgan has been practicing here in Texas since she graduated with her doctorate and loves living in the Dallas area.

More About Dr. Morgan
In addition to her experience in full scope primary care family optometry, she has significant training and passion for fitting specialty contact lenses, and advanced management of dry eye diseases. Dr. Morgan is also an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and has vast experience in treating and detecting glaucoma, as well as other sight threatening conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathies. She also co-manages with local surgeons for cataract and LASIK pre and post op management.
Dr. Morgan also has a passion for Aesthetic and medical Dry Eye management. She enjoys using the non-invasive OptiLight IPL by Lumenis to custom tailor plans for her patients to experience reduced ocular inflammation and redness, improved tear film, as well as boosting skin’s natural collagen, reducing fine lines pigmentation and redness.
More than anything, Dr. Morgan, as she goes by, values the long term relationships and care she gives to her patients. She treats everyone as she would her family, with respect, empathy, and kindness. She goes the extra mile to help her patients find the best visual, health and aesthetic options for their needs and lifestyle.
Dr. Morgan is currently licensed to practice to the highest level of therapeutic optometry granted by the Texas Optometry Board. During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband. Dr. Morgan’s hobbies include working on home improvement projects and she enjoys music, yoga, and the latest fashion.
